We operate Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Our online chat channel is available 24/7.

Certainly, you can always cancel your service. We recommend doing so 24 hours before the delivery time to avoid cancellation charges. The refund process takes 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card.

Depending on the type of material, it is taken to the local transfer station to reduce environmental impact. The collection process generates a ticket with the date, origin address, and material weight. The transfer station charges a fee for each ton of material received.

Unfortunately, these materials have additional charges as they cannot be recycled and require different handling: Televisions, heaters, refrigerators, tires, stoves, mattresses, etc. If you have any doubts, our team can help you resolve them or research with the transfer stations in your locality.

Our prices consider a rental period of 3 or 7 days, but we have clients who rent the dumpster for as little as 2 hours or as long as 3 months. It all depends on the needs of your project.

We offer dumpsters in 6, 8, 10-yard sizes for heavy materials like soil or concrete, and 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40-yard dumpsters for general waste.

Yes, we have a wide variety of construction materials such as base rock, drain rock, sand, etc. Ask our team about the material you need, and if we don't have it, we'll help you find a reliable supplier.
